How About Tesla Suspension and Steering Parts such as Control Arm, Ball Joint, Stabilizer Bar Link, Tie Rod End?
Tesla vehicles are designed to last 1,000,000 miles, and have redundant systems including redundant steering (unique to Tesla) in anticipation of use as self-driving vehicles. The Tesla Model S and Model X offer self-lowering air suspension and newer adaptive suspension. At begining, there was a known issue with weakness of some steering control arm components in early vehicles which have been replaced under warranty, and there are occasional service issues with the complex air suspension systems.
The Tesla Model 3 suspension has impressed many industry experts. Like the Model S and Model X, it uses a tuned double-wishbone front suspension and multi-link rear suspension. Tesla used concepts from NASA when it was refining the suspension settings based on a study by the space agency about how long the human body can be subjected to a certain frequency without feeling uncomfortable. Considering that the vertical frequency of a suspension’s movement affects comfort and drivability, Tesla engineers settled on a vertical frequency equivalent to a brisk walk or a slow run to give the Model 3’s chassis a comfortable, sporty feel.
At this moment, Tesla China Plant already start, On Febuary, Tesla sales around 3900 cars in China Mainland Market. In China, the nearly unlimited, skilled and trained workforce, plenty of the (contract) manufacturing sites available, know how to deal with the aluminum (for space frame and body and sheet metal) - lithium (batteries) technological cycle. Under this situation, we planed to produce control arm, ball joint, stabilizer sway bar link, Tie Rod, Bracket Mount and Wheel Hub Bearing for Tesla Model 3, X, S as a factory in worldwide market.
